Where is Martinez?
Martinez is located in the Alhambra Valley, with access off of Highway 4.

Who lives at Regency Plaza?
Regency Plaza offers an "Assumed Approved" application process and is home to many types of residents. We are located in a pleasant neighborhood environment surrounded by a creek and private residences off of Alhambra Avenue.

Criteria?
Regency Plaza Apartments has uniform criteria of income/employment verification, resident history verification and credit verification.

Pets?
Yes, we welcome pets, up to two pets per apartment home. An additional deposit of $500 per pet is accepted with a pet application. Most dogs by breed and indoor cats are welcome.

Laundry?
Regency Plaza Apartments feature laundry centers on-site, centrally located within the community. The centers are currently coin-operated.

Parking?
Each apartment home has one numbered, reserved, covered parking space.

Patios?
Each apartment home has a large, redwood deck with adequate space for a patio set to enjoy the community's creek and hill views.

Application and deposit?
Application fees are $30 per adult and the required deposit is $500.

Amenities?
The community offers access to the community pool, fitness center with cardio equipment, covered parking and package acceptance.

Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com.
